Solution47 Recruitment is seeing a Customer Service Manager for a client based in Sawston.�



The ideal candidate will have experience managing a busy, vibrant office where no two days are the same.�



As a customer service manager you will be responsible for overseeing teams of customer service representatives.



�Duties to include




  • Answering customer questions and resolving problems

  • Setting team goals

  • Monitoring progress�

  • training staff member

  • Will be familiar with using on-line chat facilities



The ideal candidate will:




  • Customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate, when required

  • Previously worked in a sales role.
