Solution47 Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Manager for a client in the heart of Saffron Walden.



The focus of this role is to ensure our clients Customer Service Team is offering a high level of service to customers, clients and suppiers.



Responsabilities:




  • Oversee all customer contact from sales

  • Complaint resolution�

  • Ensure your team provide the very best customer service

  • Manage all interactions with customers and supplies and these to be done effectively and efficiently.�

  • Ensure all teams emails, live chats and calls are handled to a high standard

  • Provide guidance and trainning�

  • Keep up to date with currently products and ranges

  • Manage staff rota
