Customer Service Agent - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We have exciting opportunities to join a globally recognised business, considered to be the leader in its field of expertise in manufacturing and logistical distribution of golfing equipment.
We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a Customer Service Agents to join their busy team.
We also have an exciting range of Packers, Printers and Assembly roles at the same location - these pay rates range from £11.44 to £13.16 per hour.
Customer Service Agent Pay and Hours:
£12.78 to £12.94 per hour
Your hourly rate is dependent on how many years customer service experience you have, and you have high volume inbound phone experience.
Monday to Friday
08.00am to 17.30pm
33 days holiday per year
Customer Service Agent General Duties:
Receiving inbound calls
Resolving queries and complaints
Placing and amending orders online
Excel skills
IT literate
Updating spreadsheets
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will also be focused, with the ability to cope under pressure, ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
