What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries with a warm, helpful approach
• Managing and processing orders with accuracy
• Keeping customers in the loop with real-time updates on their orders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest products and services
• Collecting and reporting feedback to help us improve and stay ahead of the game
• Offering solutions and support in line with company policies
• Taking on other exciting tasks as they come up

What skills and experience do you need for this role?

• A customer service professional with great communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and a dynamic approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in a B2B environment
• Order processing experience
• Comfortable using MS Office and various IT systems

Extra points if you have:

• Worked with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems
• Basic Photoshop
• Previous export experience
