With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for a�Customer Service Representative�on a�12 Month FTC�to join their growing Banking team.
As a�Customer Service Representative�a�typical day will see you�handling calls and dealing with enquiries�regarding�payments,�setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts�and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over webchat and/or email.
As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.
The ideal�Customer Service Representative�will have:
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Initially fully office based there is the option for hybrid working, 3 days office based 2 days from home, after successful completion of a probationary period.
