We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative. to join our client in Daventry. This role is with a globally recognised and innovative company, offering the chance to collaborate with diverse and talented individuals from around the world.

* Hourly salary of £13 - £14.5

* Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

* 6 Month initial contract.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

* Proactively manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all queries and issues

* Handle customer transactions related to order management and status updates, including dealing with backorders and proofs of delivery

* Review purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with the company's terms and conditions

* Prepare and review reports, dashboards and participate in client meetings

* Collaborate with internal logistics, customer issue resolution and collection teams to ensure service quality and resolve claims

The Candidate:

The ideal Customer Service Representative will have:

* Strong skills in ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP and Salesforce

* A highly self-motivated approach to job responsibilities

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Package:

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will receive an hourly salary of £13 - £14.5. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse and global team, making a significant impact within the company.
