Customer Service Representative, Haltwhistle

Our client is a market-leading global manufacturing organisation based in Haltwhistle and they seek a competent customer service administrator to join their busy sales and service department. The successful candidate will act as key point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels.�
Responsibilities
- Act as key contact for Customer Accounts and their queries
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries�
- Provide customers with updates on invoice delivery queries and liaise with third parties to ensure timely delivery
- Issue refunds and returns with accuracy
- Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes�
- Respond to and monitor customer feedback
- Support with all other adhoc administration
Key Criteria
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High proficiency in IT packages and competent user of Excel�
- Ability to work well under pressure and working towards tight deadlines
- Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
