Location - Manchester
Hourly Rate - £16.30 - £16.80
Contract - 1 Month
My client are a global manufacturer who have a long standing reputation committed to innovation and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join there team
Your responsibilities in the role
Works with moderate work direction
Identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
Worker processes orders,
prepares correspondence
Fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience within a similar role.
