About the Customer Service Representative role:
Your primary focus will be to manage the sales and customer service processes for a customers in a global export business. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for proactively engaging and communicating with customers providing exceptional customer service both in quality, and speed of information response times.

The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include:

Daily quotation and sales order processing.
Providing timely, accurate and transparent responses to all queries, resolving any potential customer order issues.
Dealing with new account request and new delivery addresses to an existing account, passing to relevant departments for approval
Providing documentation and information to the warehouse team regarding incoming and outgoing orders.
Building good working relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative will have the following background:

Previous experience in fast paced customer service environment.
Effective, planning, organization, and administrative skills.
Fully IT literate: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
A true collaborative personality - someone who is honest, transparent, and fearless.
