I am currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Services Advisor on behalf of my client in Borehamwood.
This role is a full time temporary role (36 hours per week) for around 3 months paying �14.00 per hour. My client is flexible on start and finish times within business hours.
The main duties of this role will be answering calls and emails form the public in a professional and timely manner.
You will need to follow enquiries through to completion wherever possible and delivering the service to the best possible standards of customer care.
Undertake any follow-up administrative work associated with the operation of the Customer Service Centre.
To make sure all customers are dealt with quickly and effectively, working to response targets and the standards of customer care specified in the Customer Service Strategy and advising of any proposed follow-up action and timescales.
Update Customer Service Centre information systems as required.
