Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing accurate information about our products and services
* Processing orders and managing customer accounts
* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
