We're seeking a customer-focused, enthusiastic individual to join our team in Falkirk. As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you'll provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and positivity.
