We are recruiting for a market leader within the FMCG industry, they are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor to help ensure that the customers needs and expectations are being met.�

Role:�

• 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls with occasional emails.


• You will have a set amount of customers that you will deal with, aiming to build relationships and strengthen the partnership


• Being the first point of contact for any questions, queries or issues the customer is facing


• High volume of calls within a fast paced environment


• Working towards targets and KPI's


• Up-selling to customers�


• Re-building relationships with lapsed customers


• Providing a first-class service to all customers.�
