Customer Service Specialist

Staffline are keen to speak with experienced Customer Service Advisors/Account Managers,  either from the Engineering or manufacturing sector

Working in this department, you will specialise in managing the day-to-day customer relations as well as supporting the Business development team on client development.  For this role you must have a Basic understanding of technical and manufacturing concepts

This is a full-time, Permanent job opportunity.

Fluent in Italian is highly advantageous for this position!!!

Customer Management

• Processing orders, Responsible for the overall coordination of internal resources to fulfill customer purchase orders from order entry through shipment.  This includes working with the engineering, production, planning, and shipping departments.
• Responsible for reviewing, entering, and confirming sales orders.
• Review and enter sales order change requests.  Exercise discretion as to accept or reject the changes based on the financial impact they will have on the company.
• Obtain sales forecasts from customers and enter them in ERP system.
• Resolving Customer issues
• Administrate new customer documents and assist in getting new customer accounts set up in ERP system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and enters customer complaints in the complaint log.
• Routinely communicate order status to customers and market managers.

• A good standard of math’s
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once is essential. 
• Ability to write business correspondence. 
• Capable to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Basic understanding of technical and manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands of the position. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian, verbal and written-Highly advantageous

Working hours-Monday-Friday 35.75 hrs with an early finish on Friday!!!!

7.30am-8am Start

4pm-4.30pm Finish

Annual leave entitlement-25 days annual plus bank holidays
