This luxury tailormade specialist is looking for a Customer Concierge to join their team to support the sales team pre and post departure.
Customer Concierge Role and Responsibilities:
Assist clients with any special requests
Monitor outstanding payments
Provide a concierge service from start to finish
Ensure clients are aware of current vias and passport requirements
Reconfirm itineraries and send documentation
Customer Concierge Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience of HNWI
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
