Customer service support

Long term temporary contract - Full time

Great opportunity to work for an international company required to cover an 8 month temporary assignment in their customer service department. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills via phone and social media and able to manage multiple tasks.

Duties

• Handling both proactive and reactive customer interactions
• Processing orders
• Monitoring responses via social media
• Processing internal orders
• Escalating customers orders: email, phone, post
• Supporting the Operations team

Requirements

• Available full time long term
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure
