I am recruiting for a leading UK business who are going through a busy growth period. We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team!
What will you be doing?
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Providing an excellent service at all times
* Working from various systems
* Resolving complex issues
* Processing refunds and updating the system
* Completing a range of administration
What do you need to apply?
* Experience in a phone based role
* Confident working from systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to resolve complex queries
