We are looking for a Customer Service/Account Manager to work for this busy company based in the Harrow area.
The company themselves is all about the service offered and it is your role to ensure that both internal and external needs are met. You will have a customer service background and thrive in a hectic environment. You will have outstanding administrative skills, including the Microsoft suite. You will be an allround people person interacting with both existing and new customers where you will build strong relationships. You will have good diary management and if you have interacted with engineers this would be a distinct advantage.
Working hours are: Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 during winter times ( October-April) and 08:00-17:00 (April-October)
The pay rate is £25,000 - £27,000pa plus a number of social events.
