Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager / Sales Channel Support
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 plus benefits
To provide a high level of support to Brokers, their customers, and named Account's customers. The role involves ensuring that Brokers and customers receive prompt responses to their queries, delivering a market-leading service and customer satisfaction.
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
\nAddressing any late payment or debt issues promptly to ensure timely payments.
\nInvestigating and resolving issues including billing, payment, refunds, market interactions, and wholesaler concerns.
\nSupporting the Sales Manager in securing new business and retaining existing Brokers and customers.
\nProviding cover during periods of absence for the Account Manager and Sales Manager.
\nRetaining business by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
\nIdentifying opportunities to increase net income through value-added services and products.
\nHYBRID working pattern with a recommended onme day per week in the Redhill office.

\nMinimum grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English Language (or equivalent).
\nAwareness of customer service values and their application in customer interactions.
\nExperience using business systems to record customer contacts.
\nStrong listening and verbal communication skills.
\nAbility to work as part of a team and adapt to changing requirements.
\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to follow systematic processes.
\nQuick and accurate keyboard skills.
\nCommercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities.
\nConfidence and maturity in handling customer interactions, with tact and patience.
\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\nAbility to work effectively under pressure.
\nWillingness to learn and contribute to the company's growth.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
