Successful high-tech manufacturer requires a Customer Service Representative. Applicants need experience within; customer services, sales, order management, customer fulfilment, logistics or supply chain, ideally in a manufacturing, retail or FMCG
The Customer Service Representative will join a small, but supportive and high-performing team. The role will entail the processing and management of customer orders from placement, through to outbound logistics and delivery. Working closely with the business ERP and CRM system, monitoring stock/inventory levels and provide an effective order management service to the business and it's customers.
