FAULT HANDLER Poole Office-Based Role

Monday to Friday
Working between 7am and 6pm.
Role Overview: Handle and coordinate faults related to Electric Vehicle Charging. Manage calls, emails, and engineer appointments, ensuring all issues are resolved within contract requirements.
Main Duties:
- Report and assign faults to the appropriate teams.
- Respond to emails and book appointments for engineers.
- Take calls from customers and engineers.
- Support local management with admin tasks.
Skills Required:
- Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage your time well.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Prior admin experience is preferred.
