The opportunity to work for a reputable company in Leicester has become available for a full-time Customer Service Advisor. This position is offering a temporary contract. You will be assisting to help to improve the customer service and deliver positive results to their clients.

Paid weekly via umbrella
Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
As a Customer Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Acting as first point of contact
  • Providing good customer service at all times.
  • Dealing with high inbound call volumes.
  • Ensuring all data is logged accurately and updated accordingly.
  • Helping to support on customer complaints and finding resolutions to problems on first point of contact.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a streamlined process
To be successful in this Customer Service Advisor role, you will have previous experience:
  • In handling calls, contact centre, customer services role
  • In a fast paced, performance based role
  • In a housing background
  • In a team environment
