The role of the Customer Success Manager Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:
Customer Success Manager position dealing with the design, supply & installation services of fire & security systems
Leading the customer success team, supporting with the day to day activities, assisting with general administrative duties and ensure departmental KPIs are met
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service from across the department
Review current processes and make recommendations for improvements
Monitor the performance of the team to ensure the correct training is provided
Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of the engineering team
