We are seeking an Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing leader in Underfloor Air Conditioning (UfAC) systems. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring project success.
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver CPDs to existing clients, promoting the benefits of our flexible space system and solutions to industry stakeholders.
Maintain strategic contact with all project contacts, keeping the CRM updated with progress and communicating timeframes to the Operations and Projects teams for effective forecasting and planning.
Deliver monthly sales forecasts to the Senior Team, reflecting on open opportunities and project highlights.
Maintain excellent client relationships, stay updated on industry news, and attend industry-specific networking events as required.
Compile estimates and work with the technical team to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met.
Undertake selections via the selection software, understand the design process, and support the Technical team in delivering timely submissions.
Collaborate with the in-house Marketing team to design and deliver effective marketing campaigns to existing and prospective clients.
Experience Required:
Experience in the HVAC sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
Successful track record in sales and client relationship management.
