Due to impressive TRIPLE-DIGIT GROWTH through winning multiple new, major accounts, this business are looking to expand the Customer Succes team and are looking for an experience people manager to come in and drive sucess across all customer accounts.�





As a Customer Success Manager you will...




  • Be fully�responsible for�managing customer service for all UK and European customers, in collaboration with the wider Sales and Operational teams�

  • Manage a small team of Customer Success Executives, coaching, proving training and monitoring performance through setting monitoring and updating KPIs�

  • Ensure all accounts experience an AMAZING end-to-end customer�journey, through process improvement and speedy problem solving�





As a Customer Success Manager�you will need...




  • 4+ years experience within Customer Service

  • Experience managing B2B customer service, working knowledge of supply chain is a plus too!

  • Computer literacy - knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce

  • Experience managing/ leading a team
