I'm currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a well-established player in the technology sector. You'll be responsible for successful onboarding, implementation and post-sales management of the company's software platform. This role will require someone with some technical knowledge of software implementations but you don't need to be a tech wizard to apply!Required experience;Several years working in a software or technical environment within customer successStrong understanding of the challenges and requirements for software implementation and adoption.Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers Ability to translate technical requirements from customer to tech teamsExperience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and project management tools.Please note candidates must be UK based and able to work without visa sponsorship.
