Our platform is a no-code Industrial AI SaaS platform and it's built for industrial data and made for industrial citizens.A glimpse of what your responsibilities would be:Develop and Execute Customer Success PlansCultivate Trusted Advisor RelationshipsDrive User Adoption at ScaleContinuously Coach on New FeaturesCraft Joint Success StoriesBe the Voice of the CustomerEngage Customers through Various ChannelsContribute to Training DevelopmentAbout youTo be successful in this role, you most likely have:5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within business consulting, industrial software, or similarProven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, building credible relationships on various levels of the organization, ranging from the management team to the factory floorExperience in preparing and hosting a wide variety of customer meetings, including workshops, business reviews, product demos, and similarExperience from the Manufacturing industry, with an understanding of common customer pain pointsStrong communication skillsBackground from or a strong interest in working for a fast-growing SaaS companyAbility to travel to customer sitesPreferably experience developing and executing on strategic Customer Success or Account PlansImpact. You will disrupt the way the manufacturing industry operates, enabling them to leverage the power of AI to make decisions that will make the world a better place.Growth.
