Customer Success Manager – Transport & Logistics
Location: Lutterworth (with occasional travel to Milton Keynes)
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE)

Our client, a leading organisation within the transport and logistics sector, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role requires a candidate with HGV and transport experience, a strong understanding of data analysis and planning within logistics, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
The position will be based in Lutterworth, with occasional travel to Milton Keynes, providing a dynamic and varied working environment.
Key Responsibilities:\n- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Executives, ensuring high performance and engagement.
\n- Act as a key point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently.
\n- Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
\n- Monitor and analyse data and performance metrics, identifying trends and driving improvements.
\n- Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews, providing in-depth operational insights.
\n- Oversee compliance with service agreements, ensuring quality and efficiency in all operations.
\n- Continuously assess and enhance processes and service delivery to meet and exceed performance targets.

Key Requirements:\n- Proven experience within transport and logistics, with a strong understanding of HGV operations.
\n- Experience in customer success, account management, or operational leadership within a logistics environment.
\n- Strong data analysis and planning skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and service improvements.
\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n- Ability to manage a team, provide coaching, and drive performance.
\n- Flexible to travel between Lutterworth and Milton Keynes as required.
