London / SE / Home Counties area as a majority of clients are in these locations - monthly meet ups with team as required
Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager for Modern Workplace.
The company is lead by Customer Experience, representing market leading cloud technologies and great opportunities for continuous growth
As the CSM for Modern Workplace, you will ensure that customers get maximum value from solutions, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction and expansion.
You will engage with customers, driving adoption and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. In addition to this you will support pre-sales and sales activities with your knowledge of modern workplace solutions
Your key responsibilities will include
* Adoption of solutions -ensuring customers achieve their outcomes
* Customer retention and Expansion
* Pre-sales support
* Supporting Onboarding
* Vendor Alignment
You will be an experienced Customer Success Manager and great knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and solutions
This is a mainly remote based role, with monthly meetings with the rest of the team as needed.
Salary is negotiable on skills and experience - please advise your expected package
