We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading food business, helping to drive best-in-class service for key retail customers.
About the Role:
- Retailer Collaboration – Build and manage relationships with key retail supply chain teams
- Order & Forecast Monitoring – Track orders, investigate variances, and ensure service levels are met
- Promotional Planning – Support promotional execution, stock availability, and demand forecasting
- Process Improvements – Identify efficiencies to optimise supply chain performance
- Data Analysis – Use customer and supply chain data to support decision-making
About You:
- Experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics within FMCG or food & drink manufacturing
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and retail customers
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements
- Experience using retailer supply chain systems (e.g., Tesco Connect, Retail Link) is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
