Customer Support Administrator
KEY RESPONBILITIES:
- Working within the UK/Export team at our headquarters based in Basingstoke
- Working closely with our external field sales team
- Retain, develop, and grow new and existing customers�
- Build close customer working relationships
- Regular pro-active phone contact to existing and new customers
- Regular pro-active e-mail communication to existing and new customers
- Identify product opportunities with customers (new & existing) and manage proposals to gain business
- Process/track customer orders
- Complete/track new account set up procedure for new customers
- Input new prospect data
- Research new distributors by country
- Regularly record/update customer information including contact data/emails
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:��������������
- You will have a natural passion for sales
- Be confident in your approach when talking to new customers and a real energy/desire to communicate with them
- Keen to join an exciting, energetic, successful, fast growing, sales driven organisation
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Someone who can build rapport and relationships
- Can demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Previous experience of providing excellent customer service with telephone sales would be beneficial
- Can adjust to the flexible nature of the business
