Customer Support Advisor

Are you looking for a full time hybrid role with two days in office? Do you speak English and German and have previous experience working within a customer service role or similar? Then join our client in Oxford as a Customer Support Advisor.

The Customer Support Advisor will:

• Provide customer service support in the Supplier Support Team
• Build rapport and strong relationships with customers
• Make 40-50 outbound calls to warm customer and explain the benefits ( no cold calling required )
• Provide clear information to customers and log the details

As Customer Support Advisor you will:

• Work 3 days at home and 2 in the office
• Be fluent in German in both speaking and written
• Good Excel skills
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous outbound calling experience is advantageous
