My client is a successful Housing Association seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join the team on a contract basis.- 3 month contract. Contract Extension opportunities for the right candidate.�



Role Responsibilties:



To provide transactional administration support to resolve customer queries through the Customer Service Management Centre across the range of channels we offer.



Offer multi-skilled administrative responses to customer queries across Housing, Garages and Mutual Exchanges, Repairs, Home Ownership that come through the Customer Service Management Centre (e.g. �permissions, application processing, boundary enquiries, tenancy/lease information etc.) inline with policies and procedures�



Liaise directly with internal colleagues and external customers to solve problems in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Highlight and respond to all enquires, making sure customers receive a prompt response and are kept informed of progress.



Additional Information:



Temp Ongoing Role; to start end of September. No decided end date.



�Full -Time Hybrid working role.�



We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills and phone based customer service experience.



The role is repetitive and we require �candidates that have patience, excellent attention to detail and . �We need candidates that can adapt to change and navigate different systems. Full training is provided but we do require temps that can pick up new systems and processes, fairly quickly and with ease.



Candidates will be required to attend a local office twice per week (Every Tuesday and Thursday at Newbury Greenham Business Park or candidates have the option to go to Basing View Basingstoke on Thursdays only if this is closer to their home) �to integrate with the team.�
