My client is Irelands largest Finance Broker, currently offering Motor Finance, Agri & Commercial Finance, Mortgages & Insurance into the ROI market. They have just opened new offices in Belfast to help them deliver their services to clients/dealerships across Northern Ireland. This exciting expansion has created two newCustomer Support Executive roles to act as intermediary between the business, local managers and our customers. These are full-time permanent roles that offer hybrid/remote working. The key functions and responsibilities of this role will include: - Responsible for Inbound/Outbound sales to new and existing customers. Provide advice to the customer on car finance products and services available. Liaising with motor/garage clients and keeping them up to date with their customers finance applications. Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the CRM system and submitting customer applications to our finance lenders. Answering emails and managing inbound/outbound call queues. Reviewing customer documents and ensuring all relevant information is up to date and accurate. Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Contributing to team and department targets. Experience / Skills required: - 1+ years inbound and/or outbound sales experience with high call volume is essential. Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative to meet deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in sales and the administration required to close the sale. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a sales environment, preferably in financial services or car finance. Other types of sales experience will be considered in a motor dealership would be sufficient but must include handling finance applications. What do we offer - Starting salary of £23-25k per annum. Monthly bonus/commission and incentive structure. 22 holidays plus stats . Normal working hours 9am-5:30pm. (Flexible working hours) Smart City Centre office with Hybrid working option, (1-2 days a week in the office). Pension scheme .
