Customer Support Executive

1. Sales & Account Management:




  • Retain and expand the customer base by establishing trusted relationships.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery aligned with customer needs.

  • Prepare monthly reports detailing account status, including sales results, forecasts, and margins.

  • Address high-priority requests or escalate issues when necessary.

  • Handle incoming sales calls as directed.

  • Process Sales Orders efficiently.

  • Issue accurate product specifications to Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure correct procurement and dispatch.

  • Collaborate with external sales staff to follow up on enquiries and quotations.

  • Generate Sales Order acknowledgements and initiate upselling opportunities within the Staytite product range.



2. General Duties:




  • Undertake any reasonable tasks as requested by Management.

  • Provide cover and support for other sales areas when required.

  • Step in for Sales Development Executive staff during their absence if required.

  • Assist in the operation of internal administration systems.



Key Attributes:




  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Support, or in a similar role.

  • Solid proficiency with CRM software and IT packages.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of Fixings and Fasteners is an advantage.
