Providing first line technical assistance
Support customers with wi-fi issues
Representing the brand to the highest level
Provide a great service in line with SLAs and targets
Skills required
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interest in and aptitude for technology
Understanding of WIFI systems, mobile devices, and other tech products that connect to WIFI
Excellent communication and listening abilities
