Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Customer Support Representative will have the ability to adapt quickly into a new fast paced environment, work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and reliable. /p br Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly. br p strong Experience & Skills /strong /p ul li Conversant with Microsoft Office /li li Excellent communication and telephone skills required /li li Awareness of multi-currency processes (GBP and ) /li li Keen Eye for detail and high level of accuracy at all times is required /li li High level of numeracy and literacy /li li Able to use own initiative, training tools and company procedures /li li Ability to learn in-house software systems /li li Knowledge of export compliance and logistics would be advantageous, although training will be given /li li Ability to work within a small team under pressure and as an individual /li /ul p strong Duties & Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Designated Account responsibility, dealing directly with our Manufacturing partner /li li Quote and Data entry /li li Manual Order entry, Order Processing & Order acknowledgements /li li In-house communication with New York, Sales Managers and Product Managers /li li Setup of new customer accounts, processing Application Forms, End User Statements /li li Running weekly systems reports and performing updates to Sales Orders where necessary /li li Management of weekly Order Books and Shipping reports from Manufacturers (within the UK) /li li Responsible for promoting excellent customer satisfaction at all times /li /ul
