Location: Central Glasgow

Salary - �12.86 salary equivalent �23,000 (up to �500 bonus) OTE �29,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - no weekends

We are currently looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a talent for rapport building. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our students and customers over the phone, providing assistance with their queries

What the role involves:

• Speaking with students over the phone (not sales-based and not on the phone all day)
• Completing inbound and outbound calls
• Responding to emails and handling administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service and support
