We are looking for a�2nd line support technician.



You will be Responsible for:



- Service Desk Duties



- Liasing with chanel partners through ticketing systems, emails and phone calls.



- Handling faults



- Running a variety of diagnostic faults



We are looking for the right person who has experience working as a�data 1st or 2nd line network technician.



Details:



Salary- �24,380 + Annual bonus



Working Hours: Monday- Friday between 8am-6pm but you do need to be flexible to work Saturday shifts and on-call shifts.



Hybrid after completion of training- 2 days working from home a week
