Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.


• Complete customs declarations for imports and exports efficiently and accurately.


• Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of shipments.


• Monitor shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers as required.


• Stay up to date with changes to customs regulations and ensure compliance is maintained.


• Assist with the preparation and submission of required customs documents.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in customs clearance and freight forwarding, ideally within a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and procedures.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.


• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience using customs clearance software and systems.
