Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customs documentation for import shipments


• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate customs clearance processes


• Ensure compliance with relevant customs laws and regulations


• Troubleshoot and resolve customs-related issues in a timely manner


• Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and transactions


• Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and industry practices


• Provide proactive updates to clients on the status of their shipments


• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customs coordination function
