A hybrid working model with 50% working in Manchester office.

Description

Monitor systems and networks for security breaches or intrusions
Conduct regular system tests and ensure continuous monitoring of network security
Identify threats and vulnerabilities and follow up remediation with other teams and external parties
Work closely with external SOC
Collaborate with team to maintain security infrastructure
Participate in security projects
Keep up-to-date with the latest security systems and threats
Prepare reports and action plans in the event of a security breachProfile

An educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Security Operations / Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
Experience in broad range of security tools like SIEM, EDR, IAM, AV, etc.
Strong knowledge and concept of firewall, infrastructure, security frameworks
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
