Cyber & Technology Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking two cyber and technology disputes lawyers, one Associate (1-4 years PQE) and one Senior Associate (6+ years PQE), to join our comprehensive and dynamic Cyber and TMT Disputes practice. The wider TMT team comprises of over 100 fee earners doing a mix of advisory and dispute related work. This sub-team is solely focussed on dispute resolution in Cyber and Technology. Responsibilities include: Pre-breach: Developing preventive strategies and providing advisory services to clients. Incident Management: Overseeing the entire process of handling cyber security incidents. Regulatory Compliance: Managing regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Litigation Management: Handling litigation related to cyber issues and complex technology disputes. Business Development: Supporting efforts to win new clients and expand cyber-related work. Ideal Candidate: Strong academic background and litigation experience Must have experience in Cyber Insurance, Cyber Disputes and Technology Disputes Proven ability to work collaboratively and proactively in business development. Hands-on experience in cyber matters and a litigation background. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with cyber insurance and data protection regulations.
