Position: Cyclist-Patroller

Location: Central London, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Camden

Pay Rate: Earn up to £13.15/hour

Join Job&Talent to work with a leading smart-mobility provider, offering cities a range of eco-friendly mobility products, including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters. Starting date 16th of December.

Shift Patterns:

• 8h per day, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
• Morning shifts: Start between 7-8 AM.
• Afternoon shifts: Start at 2 PM.

Pay Rate:

• £13.15 per hour.

Requirements:

As a Cyclist-Patroller, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be confident navigating and using apps.
• Have the ability to stay physically active-bending, stooping, and lifting up to 35kg frequently.
• Be ready to respond to assigned tasks promptly.
• Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and work well with others.
• Preferably have experience working on a bike.
• Have experience in a customer-facing role.
• Be flexible and available to work weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

• Relocate incorrectly parked e-bikes to designated parking areas.
• Represent the company by engaging with the public and answering questions about the bikes.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
