D365 Business Systems Process Owner

Power BI Specialist / Analyst (1x a week), £55K! - End User in the Analytics space

Pearson Carter are partnered with Analytics service provider who helps organisations improve internal leadership. They are seeking a Business Systems Process Owner to take ownership of the internal business processes. This role will include regularly evaluating the CRM system and getting feedback, analysing the support request trends to identify areas of improvement through training and development.

They are offering a annual salary for this role is up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

\n
• Engaging with key stakeholders and business users to understand their needs (requirements gathering)
\n
• Understand the customisation and configuration capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
\n
• Conducting system testing including user acceptance testing to ensure intended features
\n
• Considering how other systems might interact / integrate with Dynamics CRM
\n

Experience

\n
• 5 years; experience in a similar role
\n
• Strong communication skills with different teams in the business
\n
• Proven experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, creating enhancements to the business systems
\n
• ERP Platform experience with MS Dynamics CRM / D365 CE is essential.
\n

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Location

This company has office based in London where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis 3x a week in this position.
