D365 CE Functional Support Consultant

This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing crucial support to clients and ensuring they get the most out of their D365 CE solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 CE functionality and performance.Assist clients in optimizing their use of D365 CE through best practices and tailored solutions.Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes.Configure and customize D365 CE applications to meet client needs.Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of D365 CE.Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex issues.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities and solutions provided.Stay updated with the latest D365 CE features, updates, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).Strong understanding of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.Proven experience in providing functional support and resolving D365 CE issues.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.Does this sound like you?
