I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect specializing in Contact Centre solutions, incorporating the Microsoft Dynamics and Azure ecosystems. As a Technical Architect, you’ll lead my client's projects, providing technical expertise and guiding their teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Contact Centre solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
Lead technical teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business needs with strategic technology solutions.
Provide technical guidance on Workforce Management, AI, omni-channel, and telephony integrations for contact centres.
Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices and maintain high standards in project delivery.
Support project teams with architectural design, issue resolution, and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Significant experience in designing Contact Centre solutions with omni-channel capabilities.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.
Expertise in telephony technologies, AI, and automation within contact centres.
Proven leadership in guiding technical teams and managing complex integrations.
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Familiarity with cloud services, security, and ALM practices.
