Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O Delivery Lead – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid / LondonOverview:An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client, a global financial services organisation embarking on an exciting transformation journey. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to deliver various Dynamics 365 finance solutions.Role & Responsibilities:Direct the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/F&O solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business needsManage project scope, timeline, quality, and budget using agile methodologies and practices.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and communication.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that may impact project success.Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.Essential Skills & Requirements:Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/F&O solutions.Strong understanding of business processes and dynamics within a consultancy or similar environment.Excellent project management skills, preferably with Agile, PMP, or equivalent certification.Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Contract details:Day rate: £800 per dayIR35 status: Outside IR35Contract length: 6 monthsLocation: Hybrid / London (3X per week)Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O Delivery Lead – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid / London
