Our client, a leading organisation in, is seeking an experienced D365 Finance and Operations Programme Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This key role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding project management skills, in-depth technical knowledge of D365, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.Key Responsibilities:Programme Leadership:Lead the comprehensive implementation of D365 Finance and Operations, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and project timelines.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.Establish and maintain robust governance structures and reporting mechanisms.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for all programme-related activities.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.Facilitate change management processes to ensure stakeholder buy-in and engagement.Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and provide updates.Technical Expertise:Provide technical leadership and guidance on D365 Finance and Operations capabilities and functionalities.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the system configuration meets the client's business needs.Oversee data migration, system integration, and customization efforts.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and technical specialists.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.Quality Assurance:Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Post-Implementation Support:Oversee the transition from implementation to operational support.Develop and manage post-go-live support plans and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure the system remains aligned with evolving business requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
