While upgrading their ERP systems to D365FO our client is looking for a functional consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing to help implement this solution. Ideally, this person will have worked on large-scale implementation programmes where D365FO has also been implemented. Any integration experience with the two products would also be highly beneficial.The role can be completed primarily remotely but could involve travel within the UK on an ad-hoc basis. A strong Dynamics SCM background and experience with D365 Sales and Marketing modules are essential.Key Skills & Experience: 5 years+ overall MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain experience, including implementation experience with MS Dynamics Sales & MarketingHands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering MS Dynamics Sales and MarketingMS Dynamics Sales and Service: Report writing, installation, configuration and customizationsExperience with broader Power Platform capabilities including canvas apps and power automateDynamics Sales and Service certification preferredStrong work ethic; ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skillsStrong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clientsSelf-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesSolves complex problems with creative solutionsPlaces emphasis on client satisfactionResponsibilities: Working with the business analysis and business stakeholders to understand business requirementsGuiding the business analysis on how to optimally meet the business requirements with MS Dynamics 365 Sales and MarketingDemonstrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing capabilitiesHelping refine target state business processes and user stories and completing a Fit/Gap analysisDetailing business process workflow, their stages, what fields will be presented and how, which fields will be mandatory, field validations etc.Detailing Form ConfigurationDetailing background system processes such as workflow and Power AutomateDetailing Business Rules and Form ValidationEnsuring the requisite level of definition is added to user stories in terms of business rules, data dictionaries, acceptance criteriaLocation:
